A structured mentorship program that pairs less-experienced members with dedicated mentors. The program aims to enhance the holistic development of participants through personalized guidance, essential skills training and knowledge sharing, while fostering valuable social and professional networks.

Start Right

A career and academic guidance program designed for high school students to navigate their post-secondary options, including scholarship and financial aid opportunities. The program connects high school students with tertiary students, graduates, and professionals across various fields.

A personal development initiative designed to build the capacity and skills of young people beyond traditional academics. MESSAGE FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In the final semester of my undergraduate studies, I found myself at a crossroads, uncertain about which career path to pursue. I was confused about how to fully utilize my potential, skills, and knowledge. Deciding where to go next and what to do with my life after graduation felt overwhelming. I lacked clarity.

In my moment of uncertainty, Dr. Kwadwo Owusu Akuffo came to my rescue. A new faculty member at the Department of Optometry, KNUST, he barely knew me but believed in my potential. That conversation cleared my confusion and set me on a path of exploration.

Looking back at my life, I can see many giants who have guided and groomed me to become who I am meant to be. I am a product of mentorship. As Sir Isaac Newton acknowledged, "If I have seen further, it is by standing upon the shoulders of giants."

I believe the "A" zone is within everyone's reach. What is needed is good counsel, deliberate effort toward self-development, and the courage to venture beyond your comfort zone.
